Open now for the 2027–28 session. Here is exactly how it works.

How It Works

Four Steps

Apply online from home, or come to the school office and we will fill the form in with you.

1️⃣

Fill the Form Online

Apply online with the child's details and, if you like, a photo. It takes about ten minutes. No phone? Walk in: the office fills it in with you.

2️⃣

Print It

You get a form number and the filled form to print, or to save as a PDF and print at a shop. It can be printed again later from the same page.

3️⃣

Bring It to School

Bring the printed form and the documents below to the school office. The office checks them against the form.

4️⃣

Admission and Fees

Once the office approves it, the child gets a permanent registration number and the family a login. The fees are paid at the office.

Documents Required

Photocopies of each, with the originals to show. They do not all have to be ready on the day: admission can be done first and the documents handed in afterwards.

If something is missing, come anyway and talk to us. We would rather help you sort it out than turn a child away over paperwork.

The admission fee is paid once each session. Tuition is paid monthly.

Tuition for each month is due by the 10th of the following month. Every payment gets a printed receipt, and parents can see what has been paid and what is due in their login. Reduced fees for brothers and sisters, merit and scholarship students, children of staff and deserving students are decided by the school: please ask at the office.

Frequently Asked

The school is new. Why should I trust it with my child?

That is the right question to ask, and we would rather answer it than avoid it. We cannot show you results, because there are none yet. What we can do is show you the classrooms and the laboratories, introduce you to the people running the school, and let you judge for yourself. Come and visit before you decide.

When does the first session start?

Classes begin on 1 April 2027. Admissions for the 2027–28 session are open now.

What is the age requirement for LKG?

The minimum age for LKG, and the date it is counted from.

Which board and medium?

Assamese medium, following the ASSEB syllabus. English is studied as a subject at every stage.

What are the school timings?

Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 2:45 PM. Saturday is a half day, 9:30 AM to 12:55 PM.

Is school transport available?

Not at present. The school does not run its own transport in its first session, so please plan for your child to be brought and collected.

Can the documents be handed in after admission?

Yes. The admission itself needs only the basic details. The Aadhaar cards, birth certificate and the rest can be brought in afterwards.

Can I see my child's marks and fees online?

Yes. Every family gets a login, using the child's registration number, from the first admission onwards. You can see marks once results are published and check what has been paid and what is due. The login details are handed over at the office on a printed slip.
