Admissions

A family fills the form on the school website (Admissions › Apply Online), prints it and brings it with the documents. For a family without a phone, the office fills it there for them, in the same way. Open the form, check it against the papers, correct anything, tick the documents handed in, choose the section and Approve: the student is made then, with the registration number of the same digits as the form (ADM2728001 becomes RPS2728001), the photo moves to the student, and the parent login slip is printed. Then send the family to the accountant for the fees. A form that cannot go ahead is rejected, with the reason; its number is never given to anyone else.
