Transfer Certificates

Issuing a certificate marks the student as left on the date of issue, which ends the parent's login. The certificate is kept exactly as issued: correcting the student's record later never changes it. A mistake is cancelled, with a reason, never deleted. A lost certificate is reprinted as a duplicate, with the same number. If fees are owed, the certificate is issued only if the Director allows it.
