Collection, receipts, stock, and the price list the office sets for each class and subject
Reading the database
Stock is never typed over: it changes by new stock, an adjustment (damaged, lost, a recount, always with a reason),
and sales. An item leaves stock when a child buys it, as many as they buy, and comes back
if that receipt is cancelled. Items are added on the Price list; an item with nothing in stock cannot be sold.
